The Cocoon Ultra Long Down Coat Mid Brown is designed to deliver dependable warmth and everyday comfort during winter conditions. Made with RDS-certified 700 fill power down insulation, it provides effective insulation for colder temperatures while maintaining a lightweight, wearable feel. The oversized, full-length silhouette offers generous coverage and allows for comfortable layering throughout the season.
The matt shell features a Durable Water Repellent coating to help protect against light moisture and changing weather conditions. Side-opening vents support ease of movement and breathability during day-to-day wear, while the internal drawcord waist allows you to adjust the shape for a more structured fit if desired. A two-way zip adds flexibility when walking, sitting, or layering.
Fleece-lined pockets provide added comfort for hands in cooler weather, and the clean mid-brown colour works easily with a wide range of winter outfits. The coat is of very poor quality. The wind blows the hood off because there is no drawstring or any way to tighten it. The wind easily gets in around the neck area and goes straight through the jacket, as the outer material is extremely thin. The pockets are very small. The buttons on the cuffs are purely decorative and do not allow any adjustment. Even the hanging loop has already started to come loose, although the coat was only hanging on a hook.
I contacted customer service several times. They responded after a week, stating that the coat had to arrive back to them within 14 days — which was practically impossible since they themselves delayed their response by a week. Throughout the process, I only received automated AI replies. I have returned the coat and am now waiting to see whether I will receive a refund and what their final decision will be.
