Cancellations Policy

Your statutory rights.  Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Where the law of your country gives you a right to cancel that cannot be excluded by agreement, that right continues to apply.

Changed your mind? You can amend or cancel your order within a short window after purchase, and you can return it after that — here’s how.

Edit or cancel within 30 minutes. We provide the option to edit or cancel your order for 30 minutes after purchase — click through from your confirmation email, or manage your order from your account profile. This is done through an automated process. If the cancellation request is unsuccessful for any reason, we cannot accept responsibility for any shipping costs incurred. In such cases, you will need to return the order to us to receive a refund; a refund processing fee will be deducted, and further details on how to return your order can be found in our Returns Policy.

After this window. Once the 30 minutes have passed, your order moves into fulfilment and dispatch. You can still return it — see our Returns Policy for how to return and the return charge that applies in your region.

Your right to cancel (EU/EEA & UK). If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. EU/EEA customers can use the withdrawal option at checkout or in your account, or our withdrawal form; UK customers can tell us by emailing clientservices@jack1t.uk. We will refund all payments, including the standard outbound delivery cost, and you then have a further 14 days to return the goods (the return charge for your region applies). Full details are in our Returns Policy. This right is in addition to the 30-minute option above.

Everywhere else. Outside the EU/EEA and UK, order cancellation after the 30-minute window is not guaranteed; you can return your order under our Returns Policy. Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory local consumer right.

Buy Now, Pay Later. If you paid using Klarna, Clearpay or Afterpay, cancelling your purchase automatically cancels the linked pay-later agreement; the provider will adjust or cancel your instalments and refund anything already paid.

Out-of-stock items. Where we cannot supply part of your order, we may automatically fulfil the available items and refund the difference to your original payment method (see our Terms of Sale).
