We’re sorry to hear you’re returning your JACK1T. As a small brand producing limited quantities, every jacket matters. The upside is exclusivity, but the downside is that if a product is out of the warehouse for too long, it impacts other customers who missed the chance to buy it. For this reason, we run a strict but fair returns process.

1. Return Window

  • Your return must reach our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.
  • If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. 
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • All returns are inspected. We cannot accept items showing stains, scuffs, odours, water damage, or other signs of wear.
  • Any order with a free gift must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund

2. Return Method

  • UK customers: Please use Royal Mail’s online returns portal.
  • USA customers: Contact us at clientservices@jack1t.uk to request a label.
  • EU customers: A return label is included in your parcel. If missing, contact clientservices@jack1t.uk.
  • For any other territory; please contact us at clientservices@jack1t.uk 

3. Return Costs

  • A return postage fee will be deducted from your refund:
    • £6 (UK)
    • $25 (USA)
    • €15 (EU)
  • If your return is due to a confirmed defect in the product (manufacturing fault, incorrect item, or damage on arrival), we will cover all return costs.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Sale & Discounted Items

  • Sale and discounted items are eligible for return, but standard deductions apply (see costs above).
  • No items are eligible for free returns unless faulty.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection clearance.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 working days for your bank to process the transaction.

7. Restocking & Handling Fees

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply in cases of late returns or repeated non-compliance with policy.

9. Responsibility for Returns

  • JACK1T is not responsible for lost or missing parcels. Please track your return and ensure it is securely packaged.
