Delivery & Shipping

We currently only ship to the UK and the USA. Please reach out if you would like us to ship to your country by emailing clientservices@jack1t.uk.


We aim to deliver all orders in line with the estimated delivery times. Please ensure your selected delivery address is correct as we are unable to amend this once your order has been placed.

We are also unable to deliver to freight forwarded or PO Box addresses.

UK

We offer FREE Next Day Delivery with DPD for all orders.

We also offer a Saturday Service which is £9.99 for a designated Saturday delivery.

Please order before 3pm Monday-Friday to guarantee next day delivery. Any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day and delivered the day after.

Next day delivery may not be available for selected postcodes (including, but not limited to, the Scottish Highlands, NI and the Channel Islands).

We may at certain times of the year suspend our next day delivery option.

Cut off times can vary, you'll always find our current cut off time at checkout, which will be confirmed when you place an order.

USA

All orders are shipped FREE with DHL Express and will be delivered between 3-5 days. Please note that customs and duties are not included in the price of your order and may be charged at the point of delivery depending on state legislation and the value of the order.
