When the customer send the jacket back, he/she has to pay 15 € for the shipment. At least it's so,if you are livin inGermany.
Another importantly is, that in the description it is written, that it is filled with down. There maybe a couple of downs, but it isn't at all the only filling it has. Downs are not perceived.
For those who are a customed to down and have experience with them, it is a lie.
For which at the end one has to pay the delivery even when the description isn't right.
Of course it isn't legal, but they probably continue doing it because it doesn't worthwhile to go to a lawyer for 15 €
