How do I join?
Create a JACK1T account and you are in. You get 250 points the moment you sign up.
How do I earn points?
Every £1 spent earns 7 points. You also earn for joining, referring friends, leaving reviews, following us on social and on your birthday.
How do I spend points?
Redeem points from your account for £10, £25 or £60 off and apply the reward at checkout on any order.
What are altitudes?
Altitudes are membership levels arriving with the AW26 drop. The more points you earn, the higher your altitude and the earlier your access to new drops. Every point you earn now counts.
Do points expire?
Points remain in your account and any expiry terms are shown in your rewards account.
