1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Selected European countries: Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Switzerland, Netherlands, Czech Republic

If you would like us to ship to another country, please contact clientservices@jack1t.uk and we will do our best to help.

We are unable to deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.

2. Delivery Times

  • UK: Standard 2–3 business days via Royal Mail.
  • USA: Standard 5–7 business days depending on location.
  • EU: Standard 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • Express delivery options are available at checkout where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

3. Shipping Costs

  • UK:
    • Free standard delivery on orders over £150
    • Orders under £150: £5 standard
    • Next day DPD: £10 (order by 3pm, Mon–Fri; excludes certain postcodes)
    • Saturday DPD: £14
    • USA:
      • Free standard delivery on orders over $200
      • Orders under $200: $20 standard
  • EU:
    • Free standard delivery on orders over €170
    • Flat rate €9 standard delivery on all orders
  • Switzerland:
    • Flat rate CHF10.50 standard delivery on all orders

4. Customs & Duties

  • UK & EU: VAT is included in prices at checkout.
  • USA: Sales tax may be levied in certain states
  • International orders: Duties and taxes may apply at delivery, depending on local legislation. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Delivery responsibility

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details provided at checkout are complete and accurate.

    JACK1T is not able to offer a replacement or refund for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

    If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, this is considered successful delivery.

    Missed deliveries

    Customers are responsible for missed deliveries where the courier has attempted delivery in line with their standard procedures.

    JACK1T cannot provide a replacement or refund for parcels that are marked as delivered following a missed delivery attempt.

    Missing or undelivered orders

    If you believe your order is missing, stolen, or has not been delivered as expected, you must contact clientservices@jack1t.uk within 7 days of the delivery confirmation or expected delivery date.

    This allows us to open an investigation with the courier within their required claim window, which is typically between 15 and 30 days from dispatch.

    Claims reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.

    Investigation outcomes

    If a courier investigation confirms that a parcel has been delivered correctly, JACK1T will be unable to offer a refund or replacement.

    If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Seasonal Deadlines

To ensure pre-Christmas delivery, please place your order by the following dates:

  • Standard delivery: by 18th December
  • Express / Next Day delivery (UK only): by 20th December

Orders placed after these dates may arrive after Christmas due to courier delays.
