Delivery responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details provided at checkout are complete and accurate.
JACK1T is not able to offer a replacement or refund for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, this is considered successful delivery.
Missed deliveries
Customers are responsible for missed deliveries where the courier has attempted delivery in line with their standard procedures.
JACK1T cannot provide a replacement or refund for parcels that are marked as delivered following a missed delivery attempt.
Missing or undelivered orders
If you believe your order is missing, stolen, or has not been delivered as expected, you must contact clientservices@jack1t.uk within 7 days of the delivery confirmation or expected delivery date.
This allows us to open an investigation with the courier within their required claim window, which is typically between 15 and 30 days from dispatch.
Claims reported outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.
Investigation outcomes
If a courier investigation confirms that a parcel has been delivered correctly, JACK1T will be unable to offer a refund or replacement.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
