JACK1T – Terms of Sale Policy

1. Order Acceptance 

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including those flagged for high return behaviour or suspected fraud.

2. Pricing & Promotions

Prices are listed in GBP, US Dollars and Euros (depending on your location) and include VAT where applicable. Promotional pricing is time-limited and applies only during active campaigns. Discounted or outlet items may have separate return conditions (see Section 7).

3. Shipping & Delivery

JACK1T currently ships to:
  • United Kingdom
  • United States (service temporarily on hold)
  • Selected European countries: Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden, Czech Republic

If you would like us to ship to another country, please contact clientservices@jack1t.uk and we will do our best to assist.

We do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.

Delivery Times

  • UK: Standard 2–3 business days via Royal Mail.
  • USA: Standard 5–7 business days via Royal Mail/USPS (currently suspended).
  • EU: Standard 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • Express delivery options are available at checkout where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak trading periods.

Shipping Costs
  • UK:
    • Free standard delivery on orders over £150
    • Orders under £150: £2.49 standard
    • Next day DPD: £6.99 (order by 3pm, Mon–Fri; excludes certain postcodes)
  • USA (currently on hold):
    • Free standard delivery on orders over $220
    • Orders under $220: $25 standard
    • Express DHL: $30 (plus any customs or duties where applicable)
  • EU:
    • Flat rate €5 standard delivery on all orders
Customs & Duties
  • UK & EU: VAT is included in prices at checkout.
  • USA & international orders: Duties and taxes may apply at delivery, depending on local legislation. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • An order confirmation and tracking number will be sent by email once your order ships.

  • Customers are responsible for missed deliveries.

  • If you believe your order is missing, stolen, or misplaced, you must notify clientservices@jack1t.uk within 7 days of your order confirmation so we can open a claim with the courier (typically within 15–30 days).

Seasonal Deadlines

To ensure pre-Christmas delivery, please place your order by the following dates:
  • Standard delivery: by 18th December
  • Express / Next Day delivery (UK only): by 20th December
Orders placed after these dates may arrive after Christmas due to courier delays.

4. Returns & Exchanges 

JACK1T allows returns within 14 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns must reach our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be arranged through the authorised channels:
    • UK via Royal Mail returns portal
    • USA via email request (returns@jack1t.uk)
    • EU using the label included in your parcel (or via clientservices@jack1t.uk if missing).

Costs:

  • Returns are subject to a deduction from your refund: £6 (UK), $25 (USA), €15 (EU).
  • JACK1T will cover the cost of return only in cases of product defect, defined as a manufacturing fault, shipping damage, or incorrect item received.

Refunds:

  • All returns undergo inspection. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspection clearance.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
  • Late returns or repeated non-compliance may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Exchanges:

  • JACK1T does not offer exchanges. Customers must return for refund and place a new order.

 Non-returnable Items:

  • Final sale items
  • Underwear, base layers
  • Personalised products
  • Gift cards

 Responsibility:

  • JACK1T is not responsible for missing return parcels. Customers are required to track and secure packaging.

5. Refunds

All returns undergo quality inspection. Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return standards.
If the item fails inspection (worn, marked, scent, missing tags), it will be returned to the sender at their cost.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of item inspection clearance.
Late returns or repeated non-compliance may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%.

6. Account Behaviour Monitoring 

To protect all customers and ensure fairness:
- High return frequency or inconsistent ordering behaviour may result in temporary suspension of account privileges.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns for accounts demonstrating abuse patterns, including wardrobing, bulk ordering with frequent returns, or manipulating free return offers.

7. Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased during sale periods or using a promotional code:
- Are still eligible for return within 14 days, unless marked Final Sale.
- Must meet all regular return conditions.
- Incomplete returns from bundle promotions (e.g. 'Buy 2, Save 20%') may result in adjusted refund values.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty and incorrect items will be refunded, including any associated shipping costs. Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper care are not considered faulty.

9. International Orders

Duties and taxes for international deliveries are calculated at checkout.
International returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. 

10. Restocking & Handling

JACK1T reserves the right to:
- Apply a restocking fee of up to 15% in cases of late returns, packaging negligence, or repeated non-compliant returns.
- Refuse returns entirely if return conditions are breached.

11. Final Word

At JACK1T, we believe in service without compromise – for you and for our brand. Our policies exist to protect both the quality of your experience and the integrity of what we deliver. If you have a genuine issue, we’ll make it right. If you try to game the system, we’ll shut it down.
