- How do Jack1ts fit?
All our jackets fit true to their UK size, although some will have been designed to fit neatly, others will have been designed to be a looser, more casual fit. We hope this means we have created something for everyone.

- What is the fill power?
All our down filled jackets have a minimum fill power of 700
- What is the product composition?
We pride ourselves on using sustainably resourced materials.
Our Jack1ts comprise of a blend of materials. You can see breakdowns of each Jack1t.
Predomintely we use 100% recycled Polyester as well as blends with Nylon. This varies from Jack1t to Jack1t.
- What are the hood trims?
All our faux fur hood trims are made from the highest quality faux fur fibres, giving these styles a luxe finish.
Jack1t faux fur trims are never made from animal fibres.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
- What are the delivery times and costs?
We currently only offer shipping to customers in the UK & USA via our website. We offer free UK & USA shipping as well as a Saturday Service to the UK priced at £9.99. UK orders are delivered next day providing that you order before 3pm Monday-Thursday. USA orders will be delivered within 5 days of placing an order.
- What geographies can Jack1t be shipped to, any shipping restrictions?
We currently only ship to the UK & USA.
In the future we will open up our shipping to the rest of the world.
- Can I change the ship address while my order is in transit?
We can’t change any details once an order has been placed but if you notify us immediately, we will do our best to facilitate this change. All emails will need to be sent to email@example.com.
- What courier service do you use?
We use a combination of DPD for local orders and DHL Express for international shipping.
- How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order through your account page.
- Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation email will be sent to them email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder in case you can’t find it.
- How do I edit or cancel my online order?
Unfortunately, we can’t edit any orders once they have been placed.
- How do I enter a promo code or gift voucher?
All discount codes can be inserted at the checkout.
- Lost packages?

RETURNS/ REFUNDS/ CANCELLATIONS
- What is your return policy?
We are happy to refund any items within 30 days of receipt. if 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Should a refund be refused, your item will be returned to you. Gift cards are also not eligible for refunds. We don't currently offer exchanges. any returned items will be refunded instead. - In what condition should an item be returned?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached, if our customer care team feel any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return.
- Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
We don’t currently offer exchanges.
- What should I do if the product is incorrect, damaged or defective?

- How do I ship and process my return?
You can print a returns label via our returns portals listed on our returns page.
- How long will a full refund take?
After your parcel has been collected by the returns carrier, please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
- What payments do you accept?
We accept all credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.
- Are payments secure?
Shopify uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect your information during checkout.
